My Question or Issue
Hey folks,
Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!
We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the Community. To everyone experiencing this we recommend that they first perform a clean reinstall. You can use the steps here, they are very thorough and make certain that no leftover files remain. Keep in mind to restart your device between installations, this is an effective, but often overlooked step.
We also recommend you try disabling any battery optimization software running on your phone. Follow these steps:
1. Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
2. Mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.
In case the issue persists, get back to us with the following details in a comment below:
Keep us posted how you get on.

Thank you for posting on this thread. Hope you don't mind continuing the conversation in English.
Please let us know if you've tried performing all the troubleshooting shared by @Mihail. Here is the link with the steps to perform a clean reinstall of the app.
If they don't work, don't forget to send us the info requested.
Keep us posted.
Hey folks,
I hope you don't mind me replying in English.
The behavior you're describing sounds similar to the one reported in this thread. Some users have mentioned that disabling Gapless playback and the Equalizer in the app's "Settings > Playback" worked for them, could you give these a try as well? While you're there, head to "Data-saving and offline" and make sure Data Saver is set to OFF.
In case the issue persists, I'd recommend checking out the aforementioned thread as we'll post updates there as soon as we have any new info to share.
Cheers 🤘
