Spotify slowing down overtime

My Question or Issue

My Spotify slows down overtime. Over the span of about 30 minutes to an hour the app gets slower. Every function you can think of gets slower. I have about 600 songs on my playlist, and they are downloaded to my device.

From what you've described, you mean that the general performance of the app slows down over time, is that correct? Does this reset every time the app is restarted or does is progressively degrade over time? When did this start happening?

Consider performing a full clean reinstall to begin with. This will mean you will need to redownload all your offline music, but it will also clear any damaged cache present which might be the reason for the degraded performance.
