There is a playlist reproducing itself every night

Hello, since a good while, there is a playlist called "Sleep" with relaxing music which has been reproducing itself everynight, sometimes is even scary because i've never been listening that playlist before, it just starts by itself and no stopping until i stop it manually. Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we recommend you log out everywhere and remove all the apps connected to your account. To do it, go to your account page and, under Security and privacy, locate Manage apps. If you notice anything suspicious there, make sure you remove it with the REMOVE ACCESS button. You can easily reconnect all the apps you do recognize later.

Afterwards, check in the coming days to see if you notice any difference in this behavior. If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

  • The make/model and OS of the affected device.
  • The Spotify version you're running there.
  • Would you mind sharing with us the link to the playlist?
  • Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update?

Keep us in the loop!
