This song is not available

I have a galaxy s7 running android 6.0.1 with Verizon. I have been a premium user for over a year. When I am on both mobile data and WiFi (it is worse when I'm on wifi), music will not stream. Every song that's not downloaded to my phone, when selected, says "this song is not available". When I turn off my data / wifi and turn it back on, sometimes it works for a minute but then stops playing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I have tried logging out and back in, I have tried clearing the cache, I have tried rebooting, I have not changed my Facebook password, and nothing helps. I love spotify but will be switching very soon if this is not resolved. Have read countless forums and tried everything I have read, to no avail.
