Upgraded to Premium but showing Free

I've already contacted Globe (my service provider about this) and they told me the issue is with Spotify. I have signed up for their promo GoSurf299 where I get premium for 30 days. But my account is showing free. I've already uninstalled and installed the app, still showing free. Please help! 😞

Did you get any sort of confirmation that your Spotify account had gone from Free to Premium when you signed up for their promo?

Okay in this case I think it would be best for you to head over to the contact form and let the Spotify team know what has happened. They'll be able to take a closer look at this issue and figure out what has gone wrong here.
