Weird noise on Jbl bt speaker

Hi all! I have a particularly strange case. Using Samsung Galaxy S20. Since recently, when I connect it to jbl charge 4 Bluetooth speaker, strange cracking noises appear during music playback via Spotify. At 1st i thought there is a problem with speaker itself, was planning to take it to service center. Then i connected 2 other Samsung phones 1 by 1, logged into my spotify account on them and there is no noise. When trying to play on my phone galaxy s20, noise appears again. My phone is always close to the bt speaker, so distortion due to distance isn't the cause of it. Any ideas anyone? Thanks all!

Thanks for the post.

This seems to be related to the BT connection between your phone and the speaker, since the noise doesn't occur with the other phones.

You can check if there are any software OS updates available for your phone and install those. You can also check if the Spotify app is granted all permissions on your phone, since that might be causing connection issues as well.
