Won't download songs over 4G

So I wanted to add 8 new songs to my list. But the WiFi is very slow. I wanted to do it over the 4G. But it won't download. I already turned on the download over mobile, but is still says that I need to turn in on... I already reinstalled Spotify and turned my device off and on. But still it doesn't work... I do have premium and I got a android device. Please help because I'm on vacation so music would be very nice... 😞
