Local music and wifi

hello my local files don't play through my phone but they play through my computer and you say use the same wifi but I don't use wifi for my computer i use Ethernet cable and how does it work if i have one of those?

Account logs me out

I have 3 sim cards as i travel alot. Whenever i switch my SimCard my spitify logs me out and it only allows me to re log in whenever i am in New Zealand only. How can i fix this??
