genre filter and songs shown mismatch after app re-opened

Hi there,
I've just noticed a small bug when the app is re-opened (not after being fully closed, just minimised). When I select a genre filter in my liked songs, then "remove" the filter, and minimise the app, and come back to it, the filter icon seems to persist while the actual playlist is not filtered. Not sure if this is intentional at all.

If you note, in the video, the songs after the app is re-opened do not correspond with the filter shown. Apologies if the link does not work

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

We appreciate all the info you've included in your post. To start investigating this behavior, would you mind confirming if you've performed a clean reinstall of the app to see if it makes any difference?

Also, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

Lastly, since we couldn't watch the video you attached, would you mind uploading it to YouTube or Google Drive and sharing the link with us so we can take a better look? (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).

We'll be on the lookout.
