how can I access premium from new device?

 I've had Spotify Premium on my desktop for years, and am trying to access that account from my cell phone. Premium account, USA, Samsung Galaxy S22+, Android 13. I can log in from the phone, but can't find my long-standing playlists. No error messages, just no playlists. I've found no solutions from the Spotify community or the www in general.

It may be so that you're not logged in on the right account. Could you go over the steps described on this page to find out if that's the case?
