i cant download music because i have used in pastcouple of phones

i cant download music because i have used in pastcouple of phones

i am not able to download music from Spotify app in my phone because its is showing that my previous phone has downloaded in it but i already formatted the phone so i m stuck

Thanks for posting in the Community 🙂

Let's try logging out of all devices and web pages to see if that makes a difference:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.

Note: This doesn't include partner devices (e.g. speakers, games consoles, and TVs), so in case you ever want to remove those, go to your apps page and choose REMOVE ACCESS.
