The UI of the app is bugged, with the playbar appering above the name of the song. example in the attached image. This bug is already in the app for a lot of time, at least since last year, but after so many updates in the play store that don't fixed this thing, i finally reported... i hope it will be solved.

Thank you for your reply and the screenshot. This seems odd. Let's take a closer look into this together.

 

First we recommend that you make sure that your firmware is up to date. 

 

If it is and the issue persists - can you reinstall the app? 

 

On another note - can you let us know if the playing bar disappears after a few seconds of not interacting with the app, or if it stays like that all the time?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Im pretty sure that this is the last firmware, because its more recent that even the official in tcl site, in case of you want to know, i attached two images of the about section of Android. I alredy had to format the tv because of updates and the issue persisted, its in the app since the update that permitted to see the lyrics of the song. And yes, the playing bar disappears after some seconds, only showing the album and name of the song, I generally just put in the lyrics mode, to not see the bug, but its still there haha

Since we couldn't replicate this from our end on other Android TVs, we'll need to wait for more examples like this one before passing the info to the right team (as for now it seems to be an isolated issue). In the meantime we recommend that you keep the app updated.
