spotify don´t run in two android phones

In my old telephone spotify didn´t work properly, and in my new smartphone still not working. Spotify runs very slow or directly breaks. I prove everything.

As a first step, we suggest running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Also, make sure that there aren't any battery optimization settings enabled for Spotify on your phone.

If the issue persists, could you let us know the exact Spotify version you're running? We'd also like you to try on a different device and let us know how it works.
