Spotify premium offline no more??

I've been a sootify premium member for a few years now. Today I had to pay again as something went wrong with my subscription. Now my offline playlists won't play, I've go online and downloaded them again but they will only play by spoitfy shuffle but I can't skip a track or start where I want. What's happened??? Many thanks
