解約するには、アカウントからプラン変更をしキャンセルまでスクロールすると良い。と説明されているが、それぞれのプランの説明のみでスクロールできない

If you're currently subscribed to Premium, you can cancel the subscription directly through your account page. Just follow the steps on this page. Keep in mind that if you're subscribed via a partner (such as your internet or phone provider) you need to reach out to them to cancel Premium.

Should you be subscribed to Premium and the account page shows as free, however, it means that there's no Premium plan to cancel on that particular account. In this case, you likely have an active Premium subscription on another Spotify account. You can sign up for an account in different ways and with different emails - try logging out and back in with different details. More info on ways to find an account can be found here.
