(Chrome 86.0.4240.75) Trying to add to a collaborative playlist gives an error in developer tools.

Clicking the "Add to Playlist" item in the song's ... menu takes me to the Add To Playlist menu as expected.

Clicking on the non-collaborative playlist successfully adds it, while clicking the collaborative one invisibly fails with this error in dev tools.

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

 

Sometimes cache and cookies stored in your browser can cause issues like this. To test this out, could you give it a go with an incognito browser or on another device? 

 

If the issue persists, it's a good idea to check your hosts file for Spotify entries and remove any you may find. You can learn how to do this in this Spotify Answer, even though it's for another topic.

 

As a temporary workaround you can add titles to the collaborative playlist via the app on a desktop or mobile device.
