I can't access any of my already saved music through my artists, and I now have to try to add them all back one by one and it's been pretty disappointing not having it readily available. Is there any setting I can change or anything I can do to change it back?

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 
 

In case you can't reach your saved music through the profiles saved in the artist tab we'd recommend you first perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your Samsung device. This troubleshooting step is way more thorough than a simple reinstall and makes sure you get the latest app version so that you avoid any issues with the app's functionalities. 

 

Check out this help page in order to find the steps for clean reinstall depending on the device in use.

 

If that doesn't help you see back the saved content, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings or apps on your mobile phone. Alternatively, you can try authorizing Spotify to run without restrictions despite these settings being enabled. Make sure you try this as such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity which might cause issues with the performance of your library.
