Why do I have to purchase an audiobook when I still have listening hours as premium manager?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

Bear in mind that not all audiobooks are included in the subscriber catalog. You can only listen to audiobooks labeled 'Included in Premium/your plan'. If an audiobook doesn't have that label, you can't listen to it as part of your subscription. However, if you wish, you can purchase them by following these steps.

 

We look forward to welcoming more titles into our Premium catalog in the future, and any interested rights holders should reach out to us directly.

 

On another note, if the audiobook in question does have that label and you're unable to listen to it, try logging out and back in twice in a row, and restart your app and device. If the issue persists, could you send over a screenshot or recording of what happens when you try to play the audiobook? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.
