Autoplay not working on Sony Smart TV (Android)

My Question or Issue

I am having trouble getting my TV to autoplay after my playlists end. Does autoplay work on the Android TV app?

I listen to playlists on my TV by starting them on either my phone (Google Pixel 2) or my laptop (Macbook Pro) and then connecting to my TV through Spotify Connect. Both the laptop and the phone have autoplay enabled in the settings, and autoplay works when playing locally on those devices. I can sort of work around this by playing on my laptop for the very end of the playlist, letting it tick over to autoplay, and then sending it back to the TV - but of course this isn't very "auto"!

Just wanting to get clarification on whether something is broken, or if it just isn't possible to autoplay on the TV.

Hey @sim-ba,

Currently, the Autoplay feature doesn't get activated when using Connect to any other devices such TVs and speakers. 

This idea does sound like something other people might like, so if you want you can add it to our Ideas Board and people can vote for it.
