My Question or Issue

Hi.

I have a big the sound quality problem with Spotify connect. I try with two different audio amp with the same issue. When I listen on my iPhone with headspeaker it's ok but when I send the sound to my amp, the sound is very bad. If I use my apple tv with the Spotify sound and start the same track to the same amp (HDMI connection) the sound is ok.

I don't understand why the Spotify connect's sound is so bad?

Même problème avec Spotify sur un Onkyo 686. Qualité de son super dégradé, accentuée par l'option Music Optimizer. Si qqun trouve une solution à un moment je suis preneur 🙄

We recommend running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try factory resetting your audio amplifiers and make sure they're running the latest firmware/drivers. Also, make sure to have a stable Internet connection.
