Blocked artists still appear in my release radar

To this very day for months Ive been recommended two artists which I have blocked from playing at all and told Spotify that I dont like them as a whole and dont even listen to their genre (its german rap and I listen to Psytrance and Metal). How can this happen for so many times? Especially if its a feature of the two and I blocked BOTH. At this point I can only see this as an insult to me as a customer.

Yes, both of them are blocked in the android app and I cant listen to the
song even if I wanted to. I also told the app that I dont like tve artist
specifically in my release radar every single time.

Thanks for getting back to us.

Please note that the way the Don't Play This/ Hide this song feature works on Discover Weekly and Release Radar is that it's playlist specific. This means that with each new iteration of those playlists it's possible that the artist gets suggested again. We recommend that you keep expanding your library and using the like / Don't play this features and the algorithm will pick up on them. After a couple of weeks you should start seeing and improvement in the suggestions. You should also head over to the artist page and make sure that the ones you don't like are not followed.

You can also leave an upvote and subscribe to this idea. We'll inform on any developments there, as soon  as there are any. So make sure to subscribe, if you haven't already.

I do know that but I dont actually see a reason why this artist gets
recommended to me in the first place. Its german rap and I listen to Metal
and Psychedelic Trance. Yet I get recommended these exact two artists
featuring each other which I both blocked. This has been the case for
months by now and it happened every week. So I doubt the algorithm will do
his job next week.
