Can't collaborate on playlists in Spotify lite

I can't add songs to playlists I've been invited to collaborate on while I'm using Spotify lite.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

Are you able to add songs to the playlist via another device (your computer, for example)? It's worth asking the playlist owner to send you a new invite to see if that does the trick.

I'm able to add songs on any other client (PC, Android, Web). I'm only unable to do so on the lite version of the Spotify app.

Thanks for the reply.

It is currently not possible to manipulate collaborative playlists through the Spotify Lite app. We're constantly striving to improve the user experience on our platform and hope to see the ability to add/remove songs to collaborative playlists implemented for the Spotify Lite app as well.
