Can’t play playlist videos

Ok so when spotify goes on playlist videos my music stops (which is really annoying) and when i go in the app it says “we are not able to play this video in your current location”

 Account region is US and the ip address is from US too i wonder if  videos are also disabled in US?!

and if there is no way to solve this issue (or it ain’t available is US is there anyway for spotify to automatically skip playlist videos so my music doesn't get interrupted?

Also the fun fact is the videos plays when im in the looking through the playlist
