Can't report content due to required dropdown missing values

Can't report content due to required dropdown missing values

Trying to report content (for an audiobook, if that matters) - it brings me to a page with a blank text field (not sure what that's for) and then a dropdown labelled "what type of content are you reporting?". This dropdown is required, but it has no selectable options.

Cannot submit the report without it.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about this. 

 

This is an odd behavior. To start investigating it, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can use your mobile data to test it.

 

If the issue persists, could you try from another device using your own account? You can borrow one from a friend or a family member in case you don't have another one to try. 

 

Lastly, would you mind checking if this also happens with other different audiobooks? This will give us a better look at the issue.

the issue persists with different audiobooks and also on mobile data. haven't had a chance to check on someone else's device yet.

Thanks for your reply.

 

I've checked on my Samsung and the form displays fine even after changing the system font size. The title you should see above the first field is Link (URI) and there you need to enter the Spotify link/URI of the audiobook you're trying to report in order for the second field to show the different content options (artwork, name or description in this case).

 

I'm not sure what could be causing the page to display like this on your particular device, but if you feel like doing some troubleshooting, you can log out and back in a couple of times, check for a pending update and/or clean reinstall the app. If not, you can just go ahead and copy the link as described in the linked article and paste it in the first field which should allow you to finish the process.
