DJ not available in your country (UK)

  • Few days a go I had a normal premium plan provided through a Vodafone entertainment pack, have had it like that for 4 years, I've changed my contract and it's no longer available, so a couple days ago moved to spotify duo with my partner, I've now lost access to the spotify DJ, being told it's not available in my country, however she still has access to hers. It worked fine before when I was on a single premium plan, but since changing to duo I've lost it.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! 

 

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. We know this sounds odd, but it'll trigger a sync between your account and device. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend giving a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens. Make sure to turn any VPNs off, if in use and connect your device to a local network.
