DJ not playing certain artists/genres?

I've been listening to the DJs for weeks (months?) now, ever since I first got access to it. The DJ plays a lot of bands & genres I've been listening to (rap, rock, metal). It plays some new stuff too, but not a single time has he ever played Johnny Cash (or any country) even thought he's one of my top artists of the last year. It also never played classical music even though I listen to a classical playlist semi-regularly. Is the DJ only playing your top ~3-5 genres?

I've had the same issue, I used to listen to a lot of metal & recently started getting into more drill type songs however I can never get any to play it's always metal especially metal songs that don't fit my metal style in the slightest

Same here, I mostly listen to future funk and vaporwave with a little bit of disco and funk, but the DJ has only been recommending me disco songs without any mention of the artists I listen to on repeat.

Update: It does play future funk but only when it's relevant to something else, like if I listen to one artist a lot it'll play songs from that artist. Still mostly plays disco

My DJ has gotten a lot more diverse since I posted this. Not sure if this was a general update or if I was opted into some experiment, but I like it.

The other day X said: "It's time for a vibe. And the vibe is: Electric Banjo". I didn't even know electric banjo was a thing! That's exactly what I want from the DJ, to mix in some really new and interesting stuff.

Would be cool if users could adjust some settings on the DJ to influence what kind of sets he plays.
