Help! My Facebook activity feed reports when I have added a track to a private playlist

-This is during a private session

-I have turned off posting activity to followers

-I have turned off posting activity to Facebook

-And the playlist is a private playlist

Ugh

Why is this happening?

Is this a bug that Spotify needs to fix?

How / where do I file a request with Spotify to fix this?

Pending a fix from Spotify, what can I do?

I don't want to keep creating playlists on Spotify if they won't be kept private. . .
