Facebook Story Share has no music

In August of 2019 Spotify rolled out a feature that would allow for a short clip of a song to be played when you would share to a Facebook Story. Here's a link from that announcement:

This feature is no longer working. When I share a song to my Facebook story, it will play the album art/video along with the name of the song and artist...but no music is playing.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Spotify and Facebook, clearing my Spotify cache, and trying to share from multiple devices. Nothing is working. Is this still a feature?

Thanks for reaching out. If this is regarding music you have uploaded yourself, it’s best to contact our Artist Support team for this, they can assist you further. If you're trying to share regularly as a user, please send us a video of this behaviour and we'll take a look.

Is the same issue observed when you make a Facebook story with a song that is not yours?
If yes, as @Joan has mentioned, we'd appreciate having a recording of this behaviour in order to take a look ourselves. 
This can either be done by sending us a link to the recording (via Youtube, Google Drive etc.) or by uploading it directly here as an .mp4 file.

Thanks for your reply in this thread.

For starters, we'd like to get more info about this behavior:

• Did it work before or have you never been able to share stories with music?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If not, you can start by reinstalling the app, using a different internet connection, and making sure you're sharing a single track, and not an album, playlist, or your artist profile.
• As stories disappear  after 24 hours, we were unable to check the one you sent. Could you instead send a video recording of this behavior? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

My Question or Issue

I regularly use the “share” in Spotify and the option for “Facebook stories” and instead of a 15sec preview of the song when it’s posted on your story - it’s just literally the title artwork only. Where has the song preview gone? What’s the point in having share to Facebook story as an option?
