My Question or Issue
Heya,
For quite some time now, I've been having intermittent issues with Spotify. Every couple of days (or weeks if I'm lucky) something seems to go wrong. The main recurring issue I have is that when I click on a podcast, there will be no episodes, just the phrase "There are no episodes available for this podcast. Please check later." This will happen to just about all of the podcasts I listen to at the same time. I also won't be able to open either Your Episodes or New Episodes, they both just show loading signs but never actually load.
At the same time, a couple of other things also go wrong. These are usually that I won't be able to download albums (will click the download button and nothing happens) or save them to my library. I frequently also will be unable to open playlists that I don't already have downloaded. I've had other frustrating issues too, but these are the main ones.
The main solution I've been trying has been clean reinstalls. These usually only fix it temporarily however, with no real pattern to how long it will be until it crashes again. (For example, it lasted three weeks with no issue, and then I had to clean reinstall twice in one day). Would love any advice on solutions to this!
Hi. Does this only happen on your phone - can you access the podcasts via the webplayer?
It sounds like it must be with your phone then. I see you mentioned you've tried clean installs. Have you plenty of free storage on your phone?
Is there anybody you know using Spotify on their phones you can ask to see if they have any problems?
Let's try a clean install agian:-
Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
log out of Spotify
uninstall Spotify
clean your phone's cache (if you can)
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
reinstall Spotify
Log in to Spotify
open Spotify and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)
also some more help here.
Reinstall:-

Let us know how you get on 🙂
You mention the SD card... hmmm... I used to have one in my Android but in the end I ditched it because I found it caused problems... try using Spotify for a while without the SD card installed if you can... I have feeling this might fix it! 🙂

The episodes of any podcast I enter are not showing up, every profile that I enter says "There are no episodes for this podcast. Try again later".
This only happens in the app as I tried on browser and had no issues
I tried deleting cache, data and then also re-installing the app. Nothing worked.
I realized the problem is with my user. I tried logging in another account and everything was fine in the app, then I tried my account in another device and the issue was showing on that device's app.
Hola, desde hace unos días, Spotify no me reproduce podcast, y si accedo a la pagina del podcast simplemente me pone que no hay episodios disponibles, pero otros compañeros si que los ven.
He probado filtros, borrar cache, instalar desinstalar, etc.
Me pasa igual!. No encontré solución.
How do you fix the account
I have the same problem, it's been going on for like 2 weeks🙁
Hey folks,
Apologies for the radio silence here.
To investigate this further, we'd need the following info from you:
In the meantime, you can try some of the troubleshooting that was already mentioned in the thread (if you haven't already):
Once we have more info, we can forward this to the relevant team.
Cheers,
I am also going through the exact same issue , web player and everything works with podcasts, but the exact issue of only podcasts not showing up after clean install , cache clear , all permissions, force stop , and canceling plans. This has been a ongoing issue since the last update and I cannot find a solution
Hey folks,
Thanks for the information you've provided so far!
In order for us to pass this on to the relevant team for further investigation, we'd need a bit more details, so can you check @MihailY's post and send us anything you might have missed, for example the make, model, OS version and Spotify version of the device this occurs on? That would be very much appreciated! ✌️
We'll be on the lookout for your responses.

App Version: 8.9.96.476, though the problem has been an issue during multiple earlier versions
Issue:
Podcasts show "There are no available episodes for this podcast. Please check later". This happens at both accounts that I have tried on my device. I can access the episodes individually through search or playlists, but it is incredibly inconvenient as I do not know the episode chronology. The issue does not appear on my computer.
