My Question or Issue

 I have Spotify premium and, over the last few days I have had problems with the songs skipping randomly in the middle or moving on to the next track halfway through the song when I play through my Google Home Mini.  I haven't changed anything although, my phone did just receive an update to Android Oreo last week. I'm unsure if that would have any effect on my Mini playback. I tried a factory reset of the Mini but it didn't help. Still doing the same thing. Any fix for this?

Could you send us your exact Spotify version numbers?

If you're using the Google Home mini via WiFi, try turning off your internet router for 30 seconds, and turning it back on before trying again.

You can also try reinstalling the Spotify app on your device to see if it helps.
