Haven't received my Google Home Mini, yet?

Hi there! I'm a Spotify Premium member, and claimed my Google Home Mini long ago and was approved. I was quick enough to redeem this offer prior to the deadline as well as before there was a lack of stock.
Now, I didn't receive a follow-up email or anyway to track this mail. 
I'm looking to connect with someone who is able to help me track my mail and if it has indeed reached its destination.
Looking for help with this!
