How to restore access to roku?

I accidentally clicked Revoke Access to my roku device on my Spotify Apps. How do I restore access? I can sign into my premium account on roku, but it can't access my playlists or library. It can only search music. Thanks!

I also tried restoring the roku to factory settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify channel on the roku app, and signing in/out of my spotify account on the roku channel. I can't find anywhere that gives me the option to restore access to roku.
