I can't find the button to download songs and I have premium individual.

  1. I can't find the button to download songs and I also cannot find the playlist for downloaded songs. I have Premium Individual.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The screenshot you sent seems to be from the three dots menu. That's not where the option is. Instead, go to any album or playlist you want to download and tap the arrow button at the top. See this article for the full details.
