Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

A first step in the troubleshooting would be to perform a clean reinstall and then see if the issue persists. Here is how to do one.

 

If the issue still persists, we'd need more information on your device setup like brand/model/operating system.

 

In the meantime you can try to reproduce the issue on a different device like a desktop PC or another phone.
