I have a keyboard with media keys and it doesn't work.?

I have a steelseries apex 100 keyboard and the media keys don't work . Am i missing a setting or is it in my computers settings? i looked but i couldn't find anything for it.

Ensure you have the latest SteelSeries Engine software, check for "Function Lock" (Fn), and update your keyboard drivers.
