I have a premium account but I can't log in

I have a premium account but I can't log in

I get the message "This app is only available to premium users". I pay for Spotify premium every month - last time 21 july.

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? 

 

If this happens only on a specific device, could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


Additionally, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device would come in handy. 

 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
