I lose my PlayStation network aount, i can't unlink my spotify account to my new Playstation Network

So, i have this account in psn that i created in 2013, i created when have buyed a new ps3, but since then i changed my password from the e-mail that i created my PSN account and the password of my PSN, that is, I don't have access to either account, and now i'd buyed a used ps4, and i was forced to create a new PSN account, and i want to link my spotify to my ps4, but i can't because the spotify don't want to unlink my account, and i don't have acess to my old account, and now my new account iskelomba can't use spotify in my ps3 and ps4, so i just want to unlink my old account, because i don't want to create a new spotify account, i have a spotify premium for family account and i don't want to move to a free spotify account just to use in my PSN, how i can solve this?
