Hi there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We've checked, and the video is working just fine from our side. First, try logging out and back in to check if that makes a difference. If it doesn't, we'd suggest reinstalling the app on your device. No worries, you won't lose any saved content, but you might need to download your offline music again.

If that doesn't help, check if you can see the video when signing in to your account from a different device or the Web Player.

My Question or Issue

I am unable to watch episodes of the Joe Rogan Experience. I can only listen to this channel’s content while other channels works fine. I tried chatting to an agent but that wasn’t helpful. Can someone please help me?
