Library problem - no media available for browsing here

I'm using SPOTIFY (4.3.3.0) installed in my car Volvo XC60.

Once selecting the library I try to browse the playlists but i get the message:
"no media available for browsing here ".

Indeed I have at least 20 different playlist that i can reach by Desktop and Phone. Just the App installed in the car cannot browse the Playlists in my library

Totally agree as it’s the car I mostly use Spotify…..I will give it a few weeks to see if Spotify address but if not will cancel as never had problems with apple

Since English is not my native language: could someone maybe translate for me in German what the word support means? Is that when you ask questions and get no answers except to ask someone else? Does support maybe mean leave me alone? I googled that but only get hints like that would mean something like help. Or is that a specific Spotify approach? I am at a complete loss and would appreciate any help.

Support ist so etwas wie Begleitung oder Unterstützung von der Fachabteilung, hoffe das hilft Dir weiter.

 Ich habe wegen diesen Fehler bei BMW ein Ticket aufmachen lassen.

In den man bei Connected Drive anruft, dann bekommt man eine Bestätigung per Mail

It has been fixed! Thanks all for pushing Spotify and BMW. My car announced new service and it has been fixed. 

In Deutsch es lauft wieder wie normal. 

Thank you for the info, i'm glad to read that, but if you had to do anything in the vehicle about this, please explain it a little more

Which service?

Nothing needed to be done in my side. I started the car and I pop up said new services. Select privacy. 

Then BMW may have reset data protection.

Today the playlists showed up properly and it seems the volvo's app has been updated to  version 4.3.4.0 good job spotify, hopefully other brands got the update too.

Can confirm, they updated volvo's android app too and playlists work properly again!

Can also confirm that the Library functionality has now started to work without any intervention (iDrive 7 / UK).

It is working again on my side with nothing to do...

Still having the issue.

I'm in the US (2020 BMW X7), and my Spotify is no longer loading in my Connected Drive. I have tried to reset/reboot, updated all apps and phone, deleted the app and reinstalled, etc. NO LUCK. I have been a long time Spotify premium customer and am very upset to learn that Spotify has "depreciated" the Connected Drive app. Shows how little they care about their customers, and in addition to their ridiculously low artist payments, I will be unsubscribing. If I'm going to have to use CarPlay instead of the Connected Drive, I may as well switch to Apple Music or Tidal. This is one of the reasons I bought this particular car as well. Shaking my head at how poorly Spotify seems to be managed.
