I bought the Premium package but why I can't listen to music when I can listen to music

Would you mind giving us a bit more info about what's going on? Are you seeing any error when you try to listen to music or is something else going on? The more detail you include, the better. 

 

Also, if you're using the app, make sure to let us know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version currently running on the affected device.
