My account cant connect to the internet speaker

My friend can use my internet speaker, i cant. I log in in his mobile. It dosent work with my account. He log in in my mobile ... He can do the playback. If i log me back again in my account on my mobile i cant. Is it because i have Family ? Before i had duo as second User. Dosent work also.

Do all Trouble Shooting .

Reset the speaker. Reset the Router. Reset Phone. Reset spotify. Nothing work.

Also look up the settings on Spotify an make it all like my friend. Dosent work.

It's very odd that your friend can use your speaker with their account on your phone, but you can't do so and this behavior shouldn't be directly connected to your Family subscription, so let's investigate together.

Could you let us know what exactly happens when you're trying to start playback on the speaker from your account? Are you able to connect your phone logged in to your account to the speaker, but when you try to start the music it's silent for example?

Depending on the speaker, you can play Spotify on it via different connection options so it'd be very helpful if you could send us its make and model.

If you've not done this already and it's a bluetooth speaker, I recommend disconnecting it from both phones and then re-pairing only your phone. You can check out this article.
