The spotify app on my lenovo laptop isn't working, what should I do?

Hey there @Roccyr0ad,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the ideas section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

In that sense, would you mind sending us a full description of what exactly is happening on your side? If you haven’t yet, we’d suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device to see if you notice any changes in this behavior.

 

It'd also be really helpful if you sent us:

  • The make/model and OS of the affected devices.
  • The exact Spotify version you’re running there.
  • Has the app always been behaving like this or did it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update?
  • Do you notice issues when using the web player?
