Neighbour has been using my Spotify

My spotify has been pausing a lot lately, which has been super annoying. I searched for resolutions to the problem, but nothing helped. Around the time this began I noticed another device was connected to my spotify, but I figured it was my phone or something.

Today I turn on my spotify, and some super cheezy jazz music is playing, and it was apparently streaming on a Samsung Galaxy 3, but I have a Note 4. So the only explanation I have is that my neighbour has been using my Spotify. I am disgusted by this serious security breach!

It sounds like someone is using your account. Could you change your passwords and click the: 'Sign out everywhere'-button here? Let me know if it happens after that.
