Not available in my country

Not available in my country

Used to work on Roku, but now get message noted above. Shows my account icon but can't log in. Hacked?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Does this only happen on your Roku or is it affecting all of your devices? If you were able to use Spotify so far, then an error message saying it's not available in your country sounds really strange - do you happen to use a VPN? In case you do, try disabling it to see if that makes a difference. If you have access to your account, make sure your country settings are in order.

 

If you can't log in overall, I'd recommend following the steps in this guide, as well as checking this article about protecting your account in case you have any suspicions that it might be compromised.
