I was signed in to my PS4 (on Spotify) and I accidentally signed out of Spotify, so I went to go sign in again, and it keeps giving me the error: Linking Failed. Please try again. I have reinstalled Spotify on the PS4 countless times. I am signed into a PSN account.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

In this type of case, we'd first recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it. 

Also, would you mind confirming if you're having any issues logging into another device different than your PS4?

Lastly, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your PS4 - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

Hi OscarDC.

I tried a couple of times on my computer, and successfully logged in each time. 

My girlfriend tried to login in and couldn't.

I don't really want to swap networks, but will try as a last resort.

Meanwhile you check this on a different network, it's also worth checking if you have any pending update on your PS system. You can follow the steps mentioned in this article for more info on how to update your system.

I have checked for system and app updates (for Spotify) multiple times.

I have not yet been able to switch networks, but will try soon.

Thanks for checking!

In the meantime, you can also try unlinking your Spotify account from your PSN account by following the steps in this guide and then linking it again.
