My Question or Issue

I rencently bought a ps4 and I want to use my Spotify on It but whenever I log in it tells me it’s linked somewhere else.

I tried singing out of all devices but it won’t let me in. I no longer have access to the ps3 I used it on as I sold it. I have only one account it could be linked to and I can’t get into that account as I get the same message saying it is linked elsewhere. Why does it have to be so difficult for a premium user to listen to his music.
