PS4 sign in trouble

So the subject really says it. I can't connect with my username, it just says "Sign in failed, please try again". And yes, they are the same username/password I use everywhere.

When I try to use Connect with my iPhone/iPad, PS4 isn't even on the list. Only if I re-install the app, I can find my PS4 on the list but if I choose it, nothing happens. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to solve this?
