PSN account not linking to my spotify account

My spotify connects to my PS4 PSN but when i try to link playstation to spotify it doesn't work. I go to link account on my playstation, log in, and it keeps sending me back to the sign in screen. I tried to link the accounts on my computer but I keep getting an error message saying an account is already linked. I've unlinked the only playstion linked to my spotify account and live chat sony. They couldn't help me. I've looked on my PSN account and it says no spotify account is linked. Please help.

You might have an old PSN account that's connected to your Spotify account, or an old Spotify account connected to your current PSN account. Did you try to unlink PlayStation™Network accounts? We know you alrady mentioned this, but Sony should be able to help you out here.

The other option is that you create a new account and use that one to link Spotify to your PSN account. In that case, make sure that you cancel your current subscription, create a new account here, and transfer your playlists with the help of these steps.

She has said that she unlinked it already and is trying to link it again to a different account but its still saying its connected to a account but none if her accounts are showing it linked.

And I’m having the same problem
