My Question or Issue

Hello everyone. In the list of available speakers, I have all the Alexa devices, plus the Bose 500 soundbar. However, during the 'play everywhere' function, music is played on all devices except the soundbar. If I choice to play songs by using the single soundbar, it works. I have registered the Spotify service on the soundbar using Spotify Connect. What could be the problem? Thank you for the support.

Hey @alexcasu,

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Sounds like you have grouped your Alexa speakers in a multiroom set up, but as listed here it sounds like it's not possible to group non-Bose speakers in such a way.

I assume that's what is happening here and why you're only able to play them separately.

Hope this helps!

Hi Elena,

the Alexa speaker aren't grouped in a multiroom setup, but I think that the list you have shared cointains the reasons why doesn't work.

Thank you for your support.

Alex.
