My Question or Issue

A friend emailed me a link to a playlist she made (by clicking the three dots, hitting "Copy Playlist Link", and then pasting it in the email). Every time I open the link, the tab starts to load the playlist (see image-this is only loading for a second, maybe two) and then it brings me to the homepage. This happens without fail. How can I get the link to work?
